Damages for Cancer Drug Delays

The cost of supply chain issues that caused shortages of the cancer drug Lupron will be the subject of a trial this week in Delaware’s Chancery Court.

Monday: In re CBS Corp. Stockholder Class Action/Viacom Stockholders Litig., Del. Ch., No. 2020-0111/2019-0948, telephonic hearing 1/9/23.
