The City of Wilmington”s Department of Parks and Recreation partnered with the United States Tennis Association (USTA) Delaware District to present the 35th Annual Tennis in the Streets program at the Riverfront. Nearly 750 Wilmington area students enjoyed free food and entertainment, along with a free tennis clinic.
