New music highlights from Dancing Astronaut’s Artists to Watch in 2025
Amy Wiles – I Never Want This To End
Amy Wiles delivers the title track to her ‘I Never Want This To End’ EP – an ode to her gratitude for being able to perform as a DJ and create music for a living. The final track completes the five-song project, which also features previously released records like “Heard It All Before” and “Balearic September.” What started as a passion project while Wiles worked full-time on the business side of the music industry has since evolved into a full-fledged artist career, with growing crowds and an ever-expanding discography. Now, “I Never Want This To End” proudly joins her catalog on Anjunabeats. – Zach Salafia
Sainte Vie – Por Siempre (Henri Bergmann Remix)
Henri Bergmann reimagines Sainte Vie’s “Por Siempre” with a dynamic, high-powered remix that transforms emotional depth into peak-time energy. Already a secret weapon in sets from Korolova at the Pyramids, Layla Benitez at Afterlife, and Colyn, the track has quickly proven its global appeal. – Alex Lambeau
MYRNE & KOALA – Essentia
MYRNE has rapidly emerged as one of This Never Happened’s standout rising stars, consistently delivering quality releases over the past year and beyond. After serendipitously discovering a snippet from KOALA, MYRNE reached out, and together they transformed the original demo into a fully realized melodic gem now known as “Essentia,” his 10th release of 2025. – Ross Goldenberg
William Black – The Shadow Realm [Album]
With each and every longform outing, William Black continues to raise the bar higher than before. For his fourth album — following Pages (2019), Pieces (2021), and The Nature of Hope (2023) — Black makes his Insomniac Records album debut with The Shadow Realm. Across its 12 tracks, he not only continues to refine the melodic bass sound he’s long mastered but also broadens his creative range, delivering what stands as his most ambitious—and arguably his finest—project to date. – Ross Goldenberg
ILLENIUM & Ryan Tedder – With Your Love
ILLENIUM and Ryan Tedder join forces for a collaboration of biblical proportions on their new single, “With Your Love.” Leaning into his progressive house side on this one, ILLENIUM crafts a soaring backdrop perfectly suited for one of the genre’s most recognizable voices. The release arrives alongside the announcement of his upcoming album Odyssey, due out February 6, ahead of his nine-date Sphere residency of the same name this March and April. – Zach Salafia
John Summit & Inéz – Crystallized (Subtronics Remix)
Subtronics unleashes an intense, bass-heavy remix of John Summit‘s recent hit “Crystallized.” The two build on their budding friendship with a remix that fuses together Summit’s house foundations with Subtronics’ explosive dubstep edge. “Crystallized (Subtronics Remix)” serves as the next chapter for Subjohnics by delivering a powerful, genre-defying anthem. – Liana Stern
Anti Up – I Cannot
Anti Up – the powerhouse duo of Chris Lake and Chris Lorenzo – make their long-awaited return with “I Cannot,” a fan-favorite ID finally seeing the light of day. Since forming in 2018, the pair have become a defining force in modern house music, celebrated for their no-rules attitude and infectious energy. Lake’s polished tech-house touch meets Lorenzo’s gritty UK flair, once again proving why the duo remains untouchable in the scene. With both artists at the top of their game, “I Cannot” stands as another standout moment for a project that never misses. – Danielle Carty
